Legal Specializations (and Dutch Bar Association registered 'Rechtsgebieden')

Alalim Legal delivers services relating to various operational regions and jurisdictions including Western Europe and the Gulf Cooperation Council states (GCC). Some of the specific legal specializations offered by Alalim Legal are:

Rechtsgebieden - Dutch Bar Association registered specialisations

The Dutch Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) has a shortlisted limited acknowledged specializations. Every Advocaat (being a lawyer registered with the Dutch Bar Association) has an obligation to follow 20 (twenty) continuous education hours per year. Following 10 (ten) educational points in one of the acknowledged specializations of the Dutch Bar Association, requires the Advocaat to publish the same on their Law Firm’s website.

The Law Firm has no registered Advocaat for Dutch Government subsidized legal aid (Toevoeging) and does not offer such service.

As on 1 January 2024 (* updated annually):  

A.I. Alalim/Ruttink has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):  

- Algemeen (General Practice)

- Verbintenissenrecht (Contract Law)  

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
